However, for the past 2 days, users have suffered as Jio services have been disrupted in many places across the country. Jio’s service has been suspended in metro cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Bengaluru.
In cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru, about 63% of users have complained that there is a major problem in getting their telephone and internet service. Jio service seems to have been affected on last Wednesday as well. Jio’s Piper service has also been affected in many parts of India. Due to this, those who work from home have faced severe difficulties. According to reports, 300 complaints are coming in 5 minutes about Jio service vulnerability. But till now Jio company has not given any explanation about this. This has caused dissatisfaction among Jio customers. The hashtag #Jiodown is trending on the internet as the services are affected.
