The police came to Jiren after six o’clock in the evening. According to the Blesk editor, who was on the scene, it seemed that the neighbors could hear an unusual noise from the house, including gunshots. Therefore alarmed 158.
„We had a reported fear for a man’s life. There was noise and shots coming from the house, that’s why the emergency unit was called to the scene,” Czech Police spokesman Pavel Truxa told Blesk.
„The man left the house voluntarily and resolved everything with the police without conflict. A search of the premises was conducted, but no other persons were found in the house. What the person in question was doing inside will be the subject of an investigation,” the spokesman added, adding that despite how dramatic the intervention looked, nothing actually happened.
The intervention unit had to go to Jiren, east of Prague. The neighbors did not notice the strange sounds coming from the one-story house. In the end, it turned out to be nothing. (June 20, 2023)
