In addition to the mentioned qualifications, it is advantageous for candidates to have preliminary investigation manager training, experience in work management, and knowledge of the police’s internal investigation system. Personal characteristics such as good decision-making skills, cooperation, communication, and the ability to see a holistic perspective are highly valued.
The position offers permanent employment and possibly a temporary contract, with a six-month probationary period for new employees. The working hours are fixed, following a 2-shift schedule. The place of work is Toftanäs in Malmö, with an expected start date of November 6, 2023.
