The first look of the film produced by Mammootty’s company after Roshak is out. The film titled Kathal stars South Indian beauty Jyothika Mammootty as the heroine. Directed by Jio Baby. Kathal is the seventh film directed by Jio. The film is distributed by Dulquer Salmaan’s Wayfarer Films.
The other stars of the movie are Lalu Alex, Muthumani, Chinnu Chandini, Sudhi Kozhikode, Anagha Aku, Josie Sijo, Adarsh Sukumaran. Directed by Lijo Jose Pallissery, Nanpakan Nereth Mayakk is the first film of Mammootty’s company. This film is being screened in the competition category at Thiruvananthapuram International Fair.
The shooting of Kathal will begin on October 20 in Kochi. Mammootty returns to Malayalam cinema after 12 years with Jyothika Kaathal scripted by Adarsh Sukumaran and Paulson Skaria.
