The vice president of the United States and virtual Democratic presidential candidate, Kamala Harris called for “respecting the will of the Venezuelan people,” following the presidential elections held today in the South American country.
“The United States stands with the people of Venezuela who made their voices heard in today’s historic presidential election. The will of the Venezuelan people must be respected,” Harris said in a message via X.
