According to reports, Amar Singh was joined by his brother, Vijay Singh, and friends Prince Raj Srivastava and Nikhil in the subsequent assault.
The assailants initially targeted chandel’s head, inflicting injuries that required 14 stitches. A senior official stated that the student’s head was “broken and bleeding” during the initial attack. the violence then escalated, with the group allegedly striking Chandel’s stomach with a blunt object, causing a severe laceration.
Despite being severely injured, Chandel attempted to flee to his home, screaming for help. However, the attackers pursued and apprehended him, proceeding to sever two fingers of one hand.Hearing the student’s cries, bystanders intervened, prompting the assailants to flee the scene.
