Karen Sedrakyan was elected a member of the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition by a closed vote of the National Assembly.
Out of 132 deputies of the National Assembly, 86 deputies participated in the voting, 80 voted in favor and 6 deputies voted against.
It should be reminded that Karen Sedrakyan was nominated by the government for the vacant post of a member of the National Academy of Medical Sciences. Sedrakyan was also elected as a member of the Moscow State University in 2019.
