Bhubaneswar: After a stunning 5-0 victory over Rajasthan United, Inter has secured their spot in the Kashi Kalinga Super Cup. The playoffs at Kalinga Pitch One saw Mario Barzo scoring a brace, while Edmund Lalrindika, Thomba Singh, and MD Ajsal each contributed a goal to secure Inter’s spot in the prestigious tournament.
The Kalinga Super Cup matches are set to kick off today, with Inter Kashi F.C., Goa, Bengaluru FC, and defending champions Odisha FC comprising Group D. With 16 teams lined up for the Kalinga Cup, 12 from the Indian Super League and four from the I-League, the competition is expected to be fierce.
