Ken Omar “N” -sentenced to six years in prison for death of one tamalero, but with conditional release– es linked to process now for alleged crimes against health.

At a hearing in this May 8the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) obtained from a control judge the link to the process of Ken Omar “N” for alleged crimes against health in a modality for the purposes of distribution.

Furthermore, the judicial authority granted the preventive prison against the accused and established one month for the closure of the complementary investigation.

In its statement, the SLEEP indicated that the control judge will request the revocation of Ken Omar “N’s” conditional release for the six-year sentence he received for the death of Jorge Claudio Mendozaa tamale seller who was run over and killed by the man sentenced in Cuautitlán Izcalli.
