No coach likes to have to make changes to the midseason roster. However, in some cases, these players have made history, as was the case in 2012 when Ace Law and Joey Dorsey signed for Olympiakos and then won the EuroLeague trophy in the memorable final against CSKA Moscow (62-61) in Istanbul.

Players are signed every year after the start of the season and some make an immediate impact.

With several transfers already completed since the start of the season and the February 7 deadline looming, the Eurohoops features five players who have already proven themselves to be more than just additions to their squads.

Kendrick Nunn – Panathinaikos (13.5 PPG, 2.6 APG, 8.9 PIR)

His numbers are not the most impressive, but his presence on the floor leaves no doubt. No matter what anyone thinks, there is no bigger mid-season addition than him Kendrick Nunn. Compare the pre-Nan era at Panathinaikos with the post-Nan era.

Of course, he hasn’t done it all by himself, but he’s already emerged as a potential leader on a team with Final Four aspirations. It doesn’t get any better.
