Kochi – Former Minister T.M. asked if he should appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) once in the Kifbi Masala bond case. High Court to Thomas Isaac. The court also said that it will ensure that there will be no arrest. The question of the High Court was while considering the petition filed by Thomas Isaac against the summons issued by the ED and on the issue of FEMA violation in issuing masala bond and utilization of funds.
