On the program for this edition is an 850 km journey in the North of the Kingdom. Previous editions saw participants travel through the regions of the Middle Atlas, Tadla-Azilal, Meknès-Tafilalet and Chaouia-Ouardigha.
This three-day rally (6 stages), reserved for members of the Diplomatic Corps accredited to Morocco, is based on regularity where eco-driving plays an important role. It is organized this year under the sign of Moroccan-British friendship.
For its 6th edition, the National Rally of the Diplomatic Corps will travel through the cities of Salé, Ouazzane, Mdiq, Chefchaoun and Tangier, with an arrival scheduled for Sunday at Cap Spartel, before returning to Rabat.
In a statement to MAP, the president of the Union Automobile Club of Morocco, Fatima Araki, indicated that the objective behind the organization of this rally, which brings together ambassadors, representatives of international organizations and other diplomats, is in particular to promote the potential that abounds in the different regions of the Kingdom.
Beyond the results and sporting performances, it is essentially a question of promoting the civilizational and cultural heritage as well as the economic and tourist potential of Morocco in general, and of the regions crossed by the rally in particular, she said. noted, noting that the rally will be held with the participation of nearly 50 cars.
For his part, Simon Martin, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Morocco, stressed that this edition of the National Rally of the Diplomatic Corps is important for his country given that it is held under the sign of Moroccan-British friendship.
And to add that this diplomatic event, organized under the High Patronage of HM the King, constitutes an opportunity to discover different regions of the Kingdom.
The 19th National Rally of the Diplomatic Corps was kicked off in the presence of the governor of Salé prefecture, Omar Touimi, and other personalities.

– 1st stage: Salé-Ouazzane (175 km)
– 2nd stage: Ouazzane-M’diq (148 km)
Saturday March 2:
– 3rd stage: M’diq – Chefchaouen (122 km)
– 4th stage: Chefchaouen-M’diq (87 km)
Sunday March 3:
– 5th stage: M’diq – Tangier – Cap Spartel (120 km)
– 6th stage: Cap Spartel (Tangier) – Rabat (225 km)
