kim kardashian Remains Steadfast in Bar Exam Journey, “Falling Short Isn’t Failure”

Despite not yet passing the bar exam, Kim Kardashian is reaffirming her commitment to becoming a lawyer, framing her recent results as “fuel” for continued study. The Skims founder shared an update on her progress with followers on November 8 via Instagram, revealing she is still diligently pursuing her legal aspirations.

Kardashian’s journey began in April 2019, following in the footsteps of her late father, Robert kardashian, who passed away in 2003. She initially embarked on a four-year law apprenticeship, aiming to sit for the exam in 2022, a plan inspired by her involvement with White House efforts to reform the clemency system.

“I just felt like the system could be so different, and I wanted to fight to fix it, and if I knew more, I could do more,” Kardashian explained in a 2019 interview with Vogue. She felt a need to bolster her understanding of the legal landscape, stating, “I would say what I had to say, about the human side and why this is so unfair. But I had attorneys with me who could back that up with all the facts of the case.”

Did you know?– Kim Kardashian’s legal journey is unconventional. She’s pursuing law through an apprenticeship, a path available in onyl a few states. This allows her to bypass the traditional law school route.

California is one of only four states that allows individuals to qualify for the bar exam through an apprenticeship rather than requiring a traditional law degree. Kardashian addressed initial criticism of this path in April 2019, asserting, “I want people to understand that there is nothing that should limit your pursuit of your dreams, and the accomplishment of new goals. You can create your own lanes, just as I am.”

The reality television star completed her six-year law program in May, a milestone celebrated with family and a playful “Legally Blonde”-themed cake created by Scott Disick, emblazoned with the message “Kim is my Lawyer.”

However, the latest bar exam results where not what she hoped for. “Well…I’m not a lawyer yet, I just play a very well-dressed one on TV,” Kardashian wrote on her Instagram story. She continued, “Six years into this law journey, and I’m still all in until I pass the bar. No shortcuts,no giving up – just more studying and even more determination.”

Kardashian’s resilience is evident in her response to the setback. “Falling short isn’t failure – it’s fuel,” she declared.”I was so close to passing the exam and that only motivates me even more.Let’s Go!!!!!!!!!!!!”

This determination underscores Kardashian’s long-term commitment to leveraging her platform for advocacy and legal reform, even as she continues to navigate the challenges of the bar exam process.
