The Venezuelan singer-songwriter Kobi Cantillo (@kobicantillo) arrives with his first single of the year which is called “Invoice” where he describes the fears of starting a relationship after a disappointment in love. This theme with an urban rhythm mixed with the romantic essence of Kobi, is a sample of the artist’s musical development in recent years and a preview of what is to come.
“Sometimes we want to start again, it’s hard to believe that everything is going well, we slow down and see what happens” says Kobi. With “Factura” the Venezuelan had a clear idea and after calling a meeting between Erre Mood, Lois and Blackie Blk as producer, the song flowed so that they could later proceed to mixing and mastering by Manu Lara, who has worked with Bad Bunny, Sebastian Yatra, among others.
This is a song that stands out for its fresh and authentic sound; that perfectly captures a blend of your essence while conveying the message of enjoying the moment with no regrets. But it’s not only Kobi’s voice that stands out in this song, but also the rhythmic base that accompanies her lyrics “Now we’re not here to love each other or to fall in love, we’re just flowing. It’s that they both hurt us and we know that love always comes with flaws. Also, the combination of bass and drums creates an atmosphere that complements the song.
