Singer Yulia Kovalchuk in the program “The Fate of a Man” with Boris Korchevnikov told why she left the once popular women’s group “Brilliant”. She revealed that her maximum concert fee never exceeded $500.

The artist claims that she was still paid extra, as she was the “oldest” member of the group.

Kovalchuk admitted that she decided to leave the team when she realized that her salary would not be higher. In addition, she was not satisfied with the strained relationship between the members of the team.

Yulia Kovalchka sang in “The Brilliant” in 2001-2008. After leaving the band, she tried to start a solo career and become a TV presenter.

Earlier, another ex-soloist of the group “Brilliant” Anna Semenovich disclosed the size of her salary in the group. She was paid $50 per concert. The first three months in the team, she performed for free.
