Abu Dhabi: The Ministry of Health and Prevention today announced that 78 more people in the United Arab Emirates have been diagnosed with the Kovid virus. Today, 95 people who were undergoing treatment have recovered. One death due to Kovid has been reported in the country in the last 24 hours.

The new patients were identified from 3,17,823 Kovid tests conducted recently. A total of 9.67 crore Kovid tests have been conducted in the country so far. So far, a total of 7,40,879 people have been diagnosed with the Kovid virus in the UAE. Of these, 7,35,457 have already been cured. A total of 2,143 people have died of covid in the country. Currently, 3,278 Kovid patients are being treated in the country.

Bus catches fire in Oman Civil Defense
Muscat: A bus caught fire in South Al Sharqiyah, Oman. The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a police recruiting center in southern Sharjah. Firefighters from the Civil Defense Ambulance Department of the Governorate arrived at the scene and brought the fire under control.

The intercity bus of the national transport company Mawasalat caught fire around 7 pm on Friday. Passengers were quickly evacuated. No altercation was reported at the party, and no motive has been identified for the killings. Authorities are conducting a detailed investigation into the blaze.
