Ticket Exchange and Access
All tickets are personalized and will be exchanged for physical tickets by Supporter Liaison Officers (SLOs) at a designated assembly point beginning around 3 p.m. on match day. Supporters are advised to have either a mobile version or a screenshot of their voucher readily available, along with a valid form of identification – either an ID card or passport. It’s important to note that ticket sales closed on January 27, and no further tickets are currently available.
Gathering and Transportation to the Arena
The recommended meeting point for MFF supporters is Grote Markt square, located in the central area of Genk. The square offers several pubs and restaurants familiar with accommodating football fans.

Alternatively, taxis are readily available to the arena, with the address listed as Cegeka Arena.
Following the match, buses will operate the same route, returning MFF supporters to Genk Central Station.
