However, their plans to sleep at the airport were abruptly halted when the terminal closed at 1 a.m. The video showed Bell brushing her teeth, a clear sign that they were preparing for a restful night at the airport. Unfortunately, their sleep was disrupted when they were asked to leave.
Sharing their frustration on Instagram, Bell vented about the situation. “Stranded at the Boston airport, 9 hours of delays,” she wrote. “There were no hotels available within 50 miles and we wanted to stay but we were kicked out… And had to find a place to stay right AFTER dad had taken his sleep aids.”
Thankfully, the couple managed to find a solution. They were offered a place to stay by “friends of friends” who graciously opened up their attic for the night. The next morning, Bell expressed her gratitude as they went on a hike with their friends’ dogs, enjoying the picturesque scenery and finding solace in nature.
Despite the initial setback, Bell maintained a positive outlook. “And then they took us on a hike the next morning with a lot of dogs and it was heaven!” she added. The couple seemed to have turned a potentially frustrating situation into a memorable experience.
