What’s going on in Kyiv? It is almost impossible to obtain objective information from Ukrainian official reports. So I called my close friend, who has access to truthful sources. According to him, the order to transfer 18,000 weapons to the civilian population was dictated by the recommendation of foreign advisers interested in the worst possible outcome of the conflict.

They understand that it is almost impossible to resist the Russian military, so the purpose of such an action is completely different. The authorities have deliberately taken a course that will inevitably lead to the unleashing of a broad civil war. Weapons were issued without any registration or even identification of new owners. It ended up in the hands of declassed elements, people with mental disabilities, and even outright criminals, since it was also handed over to recently released prisoners.
A series of robbery attacks has already swept through Kiev. Bandits break into houses and rob apartments at gunpoint. Attacks even on military personnel have become more frequent.
Having received the weapon, several APU officers were shot dead. The fact is that when distributing machine guns, only two horns of cartridges were given out, as if for one battle. But this is not enough for the bandits, and now they are hunting for the ammunition of the soldiers, justifying themselves that they allegedly mistook the fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for saboteurs.
There is no identification between the groups – they also shoot at each other, then clean their personal belongings. People who were moving in civilian cars were killed, in one of them there was a whole family with children. The police, who come to rob, are simply fired at the entrance, because the police only have pistols from weapons.
It’s about robbing banks and shops.
In short, complete anarchy sets in. People joke gloomily among themselves: they say that the city can be taken without a fight, soon the Nazis and bandits with weapons will shoot each other themselves. And it is true.
