The Illini face a demanding schedule following Sunday’s contest. They will travel to face USC on February 18th, followed by a matchup against UCLA on February 21st, both in California. A return home on February 27th will see them host No. 2 Michigan, before further contests against Oregon on March 3rd and Maryland on March 8th to close out the regular season.
Boswell’s impact extends beyond scoring. He has been a vital defensive presence and a key catalyst for the Illini’s success, particularly at the start of the season. His shooting efficiency has also seen improvement; he is currently shooting 30.8% from the three-point line, a significant increase from last season’s 24.5% and a further improvement over his 42.7% overall field goal percentage from the previous year.
