The City Council of La Línea de la Concepción has confirmed that the official beach season will begin on June 10 and end on September 10, as reported by the municipal delegation of Beaches led by Councilor Rafael León.

With a view to this date, adaptation works are already being carried out in all coastal areas of the municipality, especially in urban areas. The tasks include the placement of access walkways, showers and the maintenance of the rescue and first aid modules. In addition, the beaches and promenades are being cleaned for their use and enjoyment during Holy Week.

In coordination with different councils, work is being carried out to repair pipes that allow the showers to be serviced, and the endowments and improvements to the Santa Bárbara coastline have been completed. The objective is that all the beaches of the municipality are in perfect condition for the summer season.

The City Council has called on citizens to make responsible use of the equipment and services provided on the beaches and to collaborate in maintaining the cleanliness and conservation of the environment.
