At least 70 people have been reported trapped in a landslide at a green gemstone mine in Myanmar.
A landslide occurred at a green gem mining mine in Baghdad, Myanmar. It has been reported that 70 people who worked there are missing. It is not known exactly how many people worked there because of the illegal mining.
It is said that the water from the nearby lake mixed with the waste from the mine and trapped the workers. It has been reported that rescue operations have been going on in the area since 7 am.
