Sirsniņa’s first race performance placed her 24th, ahead of a competitor from estonia, though she was more than one second off the qualifying pace for the top 20 and a second run.
The second race presented challenges for some athletes. According to reports, Bota struggled to find her speed and encountered difficulties in the latter portion of the track, resulting in a 14th-place finish. However, Aparjode demonstrated resilience, achieving the sixth-fastest time in the second run, contributing to her overall ninth-place standing. Kaluma finished 17th in the second race.
