Little lazarettes go around the shops of the Samovod Bazaar, sing songs and call for health. Before that, in the square in the ethnographic complex, they trampled people, and their baskets were filled with eggs.
The celebration, in which the folklore formations of the Municipal Children’s Complex take part, continues with the custom of calling for health and love and throwing wreaths into the Yantra River from the Vladish bridge.
On Tsvetnitsa, the holiday is moved to Druzhba Park, where a bazaar of craft goods and flowers will be arranged.
There will be a gift for all names – a flower pot on behalf of the mayor of Veliko Tarnovo
From 10:30 a.m., the Skrin traveling theater will present the puppet one-man show “Palechka and the Tale of Beauty”
At 11:15 a.m., the Children’s Floriculture Workshop opens – planting a flower in a pot. There will also be an art eco studio “Ants and caterpillars” with animators.
The festive program will be with the participation of DUFA “Bulgarche” and dance club “Horo” led by Petar Petrov and FC “Plettenitsa” led by Nikolay Korchev, Vanya Gavrailova and Natalia Bilcheva
At noon, all the guests of Tsvetnitsa will join in a spring dance, together with formations, clubs and ensembles from the municipality of Veliko Tarnovo.
