## Israeli Drone Strike Kills Hamas Security Official in Lebanon
The Israeli military launched a drone strike on a car in the southern Lebanese city of Sidon, killing the security official of the Hamas movement, Samer al-Hajj.
Two civilians were injured in the attack, identified as Naseem Nasser and Ayman Awda. Awda works at a gas station in the area and was transferred to Al-Hamshari Hospital in Sidon.
The Israeli Air Force also conducted air strikes targeting the towns of Khiam, Hanin, Markaba, and Kfar Kila in southern Lebanon.
Following the killing of Hajj, demonstrations took place in the Ain al-Hilweh camp, with dozens of people participating.
The Islamic Resistance Movement ”Hamas” and the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades mourned the martyrdom of Samer al-Hajj, who was targeted by the Israeli occupation forces. The occupation army claimed responsibility for the assassination.
Hamas issued a statement expressing their deep pride and honor in the martyrdom of their leader, Samer al-Hajj, who was killed during a “treacherous Zionist raid” in Sidon.
Yesterday, the Lebanese Ministry of Health reported the killing of a Palestinian and the injury of two people in an Israeli raid on a car in Sidon. Another incident in southern Lebanon resulted in the deaths of two people following an Israeli raid on the town of Naqoura.
