Only a few days after the meeting at the multipurpose hall of the Town Hall of Moanda, the head of the local 2023 list on behalf of the municipality of Bakoumba, Juste Rock Atana N’daly met for the second time, the voters of the city manganese (Moanda). These are those of the neighborhoods Fumier, Moukaba, behind the police, Moanda Tseghé and the Alliance where the voters of his electoral district reside. He was accompanied, for the occasion, by the outgoing Departmental Secretary Aubin Lobo, the Provincial Delegate of the Youth Union of the Gabonese Democratic Party Yohan Okekende and some of the running mates on his list such as Dive Jandrel Boulendé.
During each stage, the various speakers first explained the purpose and motivations of this field trip before urging the populations to vote massively this Saturday, August 26, 2023 for Ali Bongo Ondimba and the other candidates invested by the CEO. to the legislative and local ones, as well to the commune as to the department.
Just Rock Atana N’daly, who is leading a list for the first time in Bakoumba, was full of praise for his “distinguished comrade president, whom he considers to be the only credible candidate capable of ensuring young , women and people in social difficulty, a better future”. Moreover, his social project takes into account all the concerns of his compatriots.
The projects started within the framework of the Transformation Acceleration Plan, he indicated, will continue. This is the case, among others, of the rehabilitation works of the MOANDA – Bakoumba road of about forty kilometers which will be completed, since they are part of the priorities of the government of the republic.
The other reason for the satisfaction of the populations of Lékoko is the effectiveness of the aid granted to those who have set up projects within the framework of income-generating activities (IGA). Several of them have opened their small businesses.
On the education side, the head of the Just Rock Atana N’daly list recalled the opening this year of a 2nd grade class at the Zacharie Maika Secondary Education College, now erected as a high school after several years of waiting. The shortage of teachers is also in the process of being resolved by the highest authorities in the country, who are making it an absolute priority. Students who wish to continue their studies in training centers have also been invited to come forward.
The provincial delegate of the UJPDG, also taking the floor, explained to the populations the voting process before inviting the young people to vote usefully by granting the outgoing President of the Republic their votes.
It should also be remembered in passing that the candidate at the top of the list was congratulated and encouraged for all of his actions carried out in recent years in Bakoumba.
