Kolossos: “One of the oldest members of our club is Michalis Bardos, who remains treasurer, after the recent resignations that took place in the club. With a multi-faceted role, the experienced player continues to contribute important work to the operation of the association and stated the following about this season and the operation of the A.O. Colossus. “The club’s philosophy remains the same, with the ultimate goal of developing basketball and creating good characters, alongside sports. After the elections, in the Board of Directors new people with new ideas have been added and in collaboration with our older ones a strong team has been created, striving for the best possible result at an organizational level. What we all want is to make life easier for the children and for them to leave the field smiling and happy. Always in collaboration with our coaches, we must solve the problems and give the children the joy of sports and noble competition.
A.O. Kolossos every year participates in strong tournaments outside of Rhodes and the same will happen this year, where three of our divisions will travel during the festive season to Patras and Loutraki, where they will face strong teams and we will have the opportunity to measure our strength. In this way, our children will gain important experiences and competitive performances, then returning to the local championships. The climate in the administration is excellent, there is excellent cooperation and I want to thank, for my part, both the coaches, parents and athletes for the excellent cooperation”.
