The position, available immediately on a permanent basis, demands a proactive professional capable of ensuring seamless delivery commitments to customers.
Ensuring Production Flow and Optimizing Costs
Within the manufacturing company, the industrial planner will be central to maintaining a consistent production flow while optimizing costs and adhering to strict deadlines. According to a company release, the planner will act as the “guarantor of delivery commitments.” This requires a comprehensive understanding of the production process and the ability to navigate both internal and external constraints.
The core responsibilities of the role include validating contractual delivery dates based on factory capacity and material availability. The planner will define production programs (PDP), create and monitor production and subcontracting orders using an ERP system – specifically, experience with SAP is essential.
Key Responsibilities and Skillset
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Monitor the execution of the PDP, proactively identifying and addressing discrepancies through the implementation of corrective action plans.
- Maintain clear communication regarding potential delays or critical issues with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate capacity developments and adjust production schedules accordingly.
- Participate in weekly production meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Manage inventory levels of finished goods, semi-finished products, and work-in-progress materials, alongside associated ERP settings.
- Generate regular reports on activity and performance.
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable industry experience and a strong skillset encompassing PDP, PIC, CBN, and broader industrial management principles. A good working knowledge of written English is also required, alongside strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to rigor, and a dynamic approach to problem-solving. “
Compensation and Benefits Package
The position offers a competitive salary, ranging from €30,000 to €34,000 per year, dependent on experience. In addition to the base salary, the benefits package includes:

Work-Life Balance and Schedule
The role operates on a 36 hour and 30 minute work week, structured as follows:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM (with a 35-minute lunch break).
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
- Six days of RTT (reduction of working time) per year, with two days fully compensated by the employer.
