Slow does not necessarily mean ineffective. Because when slow joggers do their laps in mini-triple steps, they become no less slim and fit than the fast runners. However, with the running variant invented in Japan, you get to your destination much more relaxed, easier on the joints and maybe even with a smile.

The conscious running style was developed by the Japanese sports scientist Professor Dr. Hiroaki Tanaka at Fukuoka University, who himself ran 60 slow-paced marathons.
