Maccabi Tel Aviv is considering releasing Cameron Taylor

by time news

The change was in the air, and now it seems that it may come to fruition – Maccabi Tel Aviv is considering releasing Cameron Taylor, against the background of the joining of Kyrie Thomas. The team is currently discussing the player’s release and it is not inconceivable that the move will be made in the coming days.

As you may recall, Taylor (26, 1.98 m) came to Maccabi only last summer, after recording a breakout season in the Hamburg uniform in the German league. However, the swingman has failed to make the required adjustment to the Euroleague level, and so far has recorded particularly disappointing averages of 2.4 points and 1.8 rebounds in 14 minutes per game.

In the domestic league the numbers did improve a bit, but even there Taylor managed to find his place, providing 5.9 points and 4.1 rebounds in 18 minutes on average.
