Following the release of a new trailer, social media users quickly voiced their frustrations, criticizing the film’s perceived negative portrayal of stay-at-home fathers.

“As a millennial dad, this isn’t it,” one user declared online.Others where more pointed in their criticism. “As a dad-of-three, I hate this st. Why do we have to st on dads in every movie and TV show?” another questioned. Some viewers drew comparisons to the 1983 film Mr.Mom, with one commenter sarcastically noting, “This would’ve slapped in 2006.”
