One of the biggest stories of this season is, without a doubt, that of Manor Solomon: the Israeli of Fulham, who suffered a serious injury, recovered from it – and now does not stop scoring. The Israeli has four goals in the last four games, culminating with the goal against Leeds United in the cup. Solomon’s success raised quite a few questions about his future – he arrived at the Cottagers on loan, and now it remains to be seen what his next step will be. The one who commented on things was the Fulham coach, Marco Silva.
“It was a long process for him to sign with us,” Silva told Manor. “He was one of my first targets. We signed him on loan. Now we have to wait for the right moment to sit him down, and see what his decision will be.” Right now, he clarified, he is not focused on that.
He also addressed an issue that has come up quite a bit – and that is why Manor Solomon is not starting in the lineup. “Menor is a very crucial player for us”, he referred to his player, “like Willian and Bobby (DeCordova-Reid), and the other two players who are waiting for the opportunity (Daniel James and Harry Wilson).
