Andre Martinez signed a one and a half year contract with Hapoel B’Shlosha this morning (Tuesday) subject to medical tests. The Portuguese midfielder will land in Israel today and will be forced to stay in solitary confinement for three days. On Friday, he will be able to join training subject to a negative PCR test.
