The Priorité Santé team is in Cuba. In this first Health Council, we talk about maternal and newborn health in the largest island in the Caribbean. Until 2018, the Caribbean state recorded infant mortality rates close to those of France or Canada. But these figures have deteriorated sharply in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
