This Council will examine three draft decrees. The department head announced in a press release that these decrees are related to flood protection and prevention, as well as associated risks.
The second project modifies and completes the decree establishing the Souss-Massa free export zone, while the third implements Article 6 of the energy efficiency law, according to the press release.
The Council will also examine an agreement on judicial assistance in criminal matters between Morocco and Sierra Leone, signed in Dakhla on 28 April 2023, along with a draft law approving the agreement.
The meeting will also include the review of a cooperation agreement between Morocco and Angola in the tourism sector, signed in Rabat on 11 July 2023.
The Council will also consider proposals for appointments to higher positions, in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.
