Meta with new security enhancements!

by time news

Social media company Meta has announced a live chat feature for users who have been logged out of their Facebook accounts.

This update is currently in the testing phase and is currently only available in the United States.

This update is the first time that Facebook has provided direct support for locked accounts. Until now, users on Facebook have not been able to contact the support team and determine why their account (s) have been suspended. However, this new feature will open the ‘Facebook Support’ chatbox directly. In it users can talk to the customer service administrator.

This feature is especially targeted at small content creators who do not have a relationship manager or agent. This feature allows them to easily interact with Facebook.

Through the new Dedicated Creator Support site, users can now chat with a direct agent for assistance with various issues such as the level of payment for questions about new features such as Reels.

“We have begun to test the direct chat assistance of some English-speaking users worldwide, especially in the use of Facebook.

This first test focuses on those whose accounts are inaccessible due to unusual activity or whose accounts have been suspended for violating social standards. ” Said Meta in a blog post.

The company recently announced new rules for advertising on social issues. Its advertisers must now have proper recognition. Disclaimers are required along with the name of the person or company that runs the ads.

In India, Meta has announced a new site, StopNCII.org, in an effort to tackle revenge pornography in advance.

This feature allows women to access and block private photos and videos shared on Facebook and Instagram without their permission.
