Mher Grigoryan discussed the macroeconomic indicators of Armenia with the IMF delegation

Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan received the delegation led by International Monetary Fund (IMF) Middle East and Central Asia Regional Director Jihad Azur. The delegation included Iva Petrova, head of the IMF mission in Armenia, and Umang Rawat, the newly appointed permanent representative of the IMF in Armenia.

Mher Grigoryan’s office spread a message about it.

“During the meeting, despite the difficult period, Armenia’s recorded high macroeconomic indicators and the importance of the reforms implemented by the Government were emphasized on both sides with satisfaction.

Reference was made to the course of the reserve program implemented with the support of the IMF, as well as the opportunities and perspectives of the economic development of Armenia,” the message states.
