During the last meeting of this season at the Alzheimer Café Weert on Monday 19 June, miMakker will visit Jeroen Poels ‘Ties’.
Jeroen Poels takes those present into his work as miMakker. The miMakker works on the basis of a certain methodology, which can also be used by informal carers, family members, volunteers and healthcare professionals to make heart-to-heart contact with people with dementia.
Everyone is welcome in the Alzheimer Café. Both people with dementia and their partners, informal carers, family members, caregivers, as well as people who feel connected to the subject, young and old. Pre-registration is not necessary.
The Alzheimer Café will be held in the Bibliocenter, Wilhelminasingel 250 in Weert. Doors open at 7:00 PM, the program runs from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
