This was conveyed by the Minister of Manpower at the event “May Day 2024: Working Together to Create Competent Workers/Labourers” which was held to coincide with Labor Day which falls on May 1.

In her speech, Ida Fauziyah explained that increasing HR competency could be the answer to the challenges of industry 4.0.
