Monaco “could still do more” against Rennes, says Clement

by time news

Philippe Clement, coach of Monaco, winner 3-2 in Rennes:

«We created a good chance from the first minute, and a minute later we conceded a goal. In these conditions, it’s not easy to stay calm. And for that, I am proud of my players. They stayed in the game, that’s how we see that the team is growing. Winning in Marseille, against PSG, in Rennes, is good. Now, we must remain calm, and ambitious too. There are still a lot of matches left (…). Everything is still possible, except for the title (…). Until now, I never had all the players available. At first it was always a puzzle. And then we needed to work to have more intensity. Circumstances were not with us. But everyone decided to work hard and we started to believe in it more and more game after game. And even now, I think the players are not 100% yet. We could do more».
