Monterey Challenge: Brajanesh-Dinamani in the quarterfinals

Monterrey: India’s Brajanesh Guneswaran advanced to the quarterfinals of the Monterrey Challenge Ottawa tennis tournament in Mexico.

Ranked No. 7 in the tournament, she defeated Alex Ripako of the United States 7-6, 6-1 in the previous round. In the quarterfinals, Brajanesh will face third-ranked Taiwanese hero Jason Jung.

The other quarterfinals will feature Chris Harrison of the United States – Jeffrey Blancanyux of France, Fonando Vodasco of Spain – Michael Moe of the United States and Ko Soida of Japan – Ulysses Blanche of the United States.
