A varied agenda of artistic presentations, recreational workshops, guided tours and much more was enjoyed by visitors to the cultural spaces, which remained open to the population as part of the Summer 2024 plan.

A total of 137,673 visits were received in 16 Culture offices, broken down as follows:

The National Library of El Salvador was the place that received the most visitors with 96,331, followed by the Children’s Amusement Park with 7,393. The Saburo Hirao Park received 6,958 people, who enjoyed artistic presentations by independent theater companies and the Center National Arts. In addition, 6,059 national and foreign tourists attended the guided tours and workshops for children at the National Palace.

Likewise, 5,421 people enjoyed the Tazumal Archaeological Park, 4,317 visited the Museum of Natural History of El Salvador (MUHNES), and 3,487 enjoyed the guided tours and artistic presentations at the National Theater of San Salvador.

Likewise, the San Andrés Archaeological Park received 1,983 people and the Joya de Cerén Archaeological Park had 1,668 visitors, who enjoyed the guided tours and the Prehispánica Lottery game.

On the other hand, the National Theater of Santa Ana attended 1,198 guests, with performances by the National Folkloric Ballet.

Also, 2,858 people visited the former Presidential House of San Jacinto, the Dr. David J. Guzmán National Museum of Anthropology (MUNA), the regional museums of the West and the East, the Casa Blanca and Cihuatán archaeological parks, and the theaters of San Miguel and President.

As part of the decentralization of culture, carpet competitions and dramatizations were held in cultural houses, presentations by the National Choir in different churches in the country, as well as performances by the El Salvador Band at the Costa Beach Soccer Stadium. del Sol, Balboa Park, Los Planes de Renderos and Puerta del Diablo, where thousands of people also had fun in environments of security and peace.
