The candidate known on social networks as “Paxtor” appears in a video on his knees and has part of his hair shaved off, after losing a bet.
Realizing that he was left without the front part of his hairstyle, he throws beer at the attendees.
The video went viral on social networks and he was criticized for his behavior, since he was apparently drunk.

The young candidate seeks to replace his mother in office, Sonia Eloina Hernandezalso from Morena, in the Suchiate town hall.
