Moscow court fined rapper Aljay 100,000 rubles for drug propaganda

The Zyuzinsky District Court of Moscow imposed a fine of 100,000 rubles. rapper Aljay for drug propaganda (part 1.1 of article 6.13 of the Administrative Code), Interfax reports, citing the court’s press service.

Aljey (real name – Aleksey Uzenyuk) was not present at the meeting, his interests were defended by lawyer Ilya Novikov. The latter told BFM that he did not agree with the decision and had already filed a complaint against it.

This year, the Zyuzinsky court issued similar fines to rapper Morgenstern (Alisher Valeev) and journalist Yuri Dudyu. Morgenstern was personally accused of drug trafficking on the Internet by the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin. After that, Morgenstern left Russia and went to Dubai.
