“Now there may be problems with the use of communication services in a number of regions of the Volga region. We are working on their elimination,” MTS said.
According to portal downdetector.br-analytics.ru, information about problems in the work of the operator began to appear after 16:00. Failure is observed in Tolyatti, Samara, Izhevsk, Kazan, etc. Local media report failure in at least 10 regions. 83% of social network users note that the operator’s services do not work at all.
