MTV EMAs 2023 in Paris These German music acts are nominated

The MTV EMAs will be awarded in Paris on November 5th. It is now clear who is nominated for the “Best German Act”.
Who will take home an MTV Europe Music Award this year? This Wednesday (October 4th). the nominations announced for the awards ceremony on November 5th. US pop star Taylor Swift (33) received the most nominations with seven entries in the main categories. She has chances in the categories “Best Artist”, “Best Song” and “Best Video”, among others. Olivia Rodrigo (20) and SZA (33) have each been nominated six times. Doja Cat (27), Måneskin, Miley Cyrus (30) and Nicki Minaj (40) follow with four nominations each.
Rap genre strongly represented
Als “Best German Act” The rappers Apache 207 (25), Kontra K (36), Luciano (29) and Ski Aggu (25) as well as the singers Nina Chuba (24) and Ayliva (25) are nominated. Singer Danitsa (28), singer Gjon’s Tears (25), rapper KT Gorique (32) and the rappers Monet192 (26) and Stress (46) are also in the running in the “Best Swiss Act” category. From this Wednesday until October 31st, fans can vote for their favorites on the MTV website.
After the MTV Europe Music Awards 2022 took place in Düsseldorf, the 2023 awards will be presented in Paris for the first time since 1995. The event at Paris Nord Villepinte will be shown live on Pluto TV and available on Paramount+.
Bruce Gilmer, the music channel’s President of Music, Music Talent, Programming & Events, said when the venue was announced last May: “The MTV EMAs are one of the biggest music nights in the world and this year we will once again be showcasing iconic performances honoring the brightest stars in music. Paris is a culturally outstanding city celebrated for its incredible music, art and fashion. At this year’s show we will bring together the brightest talent locally and globally, showcasing fans around the world, as only MTV can do.”
