The Municipality of Zitsa distributes packages of basic food items, ahead of the Easter holidays, to 170 households registered in the Social Grocery, as part of the actions it develops to support vulnerable groups. The distribution of the festive packages will be completed on M. Monday.
“During the difficult times we are going through, we support the beneficiaries of our social programs in every way, while on holidays we make sure to provide them with food items to strengthen the festive table of their families. In this effort, we have the support of businesses and our fellow citizens and we thank them warmly for that”, Deputy Mayor Christina Papadimitriou says in her statement.
In this year’s festive package of the Municipality of Zitsa, which included food items and dishes for the Easter table, the social organization “Together We Can”, the DIEK – Dairy School of Ioannina, the companies “APSI Pindos S.A.”, “Vikos A .E.”, “Fournoglykismata – Meligiotis”, “Mantzios Confectionery”, “Panos” Confectionery Pana. Butas” and “Continental Eggs – Frangoulis”.
