New song released with music direction by state award winner Hisham Abdul Wahab. The song ‘Ladki’ from the movie ‘Mike’ was released through social media. The song is sung by Sithara Krishnakumar and lyrics are penned by Suhail Koya.
After the success of ‘Hridaya’, music lovers were waiting for songs from Hisham Abdul Wahab’s ‘Mike’. The first song from ‘Mikey’, a fast number track is going well with the social media and audience. ‘Ladki’ is the song that introduces the character of ‘Sara’ performed by Anaswara Rajan.
‘Mike’ is the first Malayalam film produced by actor John Abraham’s JA Entertainment. ‘Mike’ is directed by ‘Beware of Dogs’ director Vishnusivaprasad and written by ‘Kala Vivlasam Pranayam’ screenwriter Ashiq Akbar Ali. The film, which is very important for music, tells a story with social relevance. Starring newcomer Ranjith Sajeev in the lead role, Anaswara Rajan, who is known for her films like ‘Tanneer Mathan Dinamal’ and ‘Super Sharanya’, is the female lead. The film is distributed by Century.
Rohini Molletti, Jinu Joseph, Akshay Radhakrishnan, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Sini Abraham, Rahul, Nehan, Roshan Chandra, Diana Hameed, Karthik Manikandan, Rakesh Murali, Vettukili Prakash and so on, the film has a huge star cast.
The cinematography of the film is by Rana Dive and the editing is by Vivek Harshan. The songs are composed by Kaitapram Damodaran Namboothiri, Rafeeq Ahmed, Suhail Koya, Arun Alat and Vinayak Sasikumar. One song in ‘Mikey’ is choreographed by Suresh Mukund, director of Mumbai-based hip-hop dance group Kings United, another is by Gayatri Raghuram, while the third song is choreographed by Greeshma Narendra and Pratish Ramdas. Art Direction by Ranjith Kotheri and Makeup by Ronex Xavier. Sonia Sandiao is handling the costume designing and Rajesh Rajan is handling the sound designing. The stunts are handled by Phoenix Prabhu and Arjun. Stills are by Rahul Raj. Davison CJ and Binu Murali are the production controllers. Publicity Design by Jayaram Ramachandran.
