Musk: SpaceX is moving towards putting 80% of all cargo into orbit

Elon Musk, an American businessman and billionaire, said that his private space company SpaceX is committed to an ambitious goal – to ensure the launch of up to 80% of all cargo from the planet into low Earth orbit.

In a message posted on social media X, Musk shared his thoughts: “I hate to jinx it, but the fact remains that SpaceX is purposefully on its way to becoming the leading provider of orbital payload services. space is 80% of all cargo”.

China puts another 10% of the cargo into orbit, Musk says, as an important player in the global space launch arena. The rest of the share is distributed among other states.
