Mustafizur Rahman reached a milestone by playing against Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The Bangladeshi pacer has seen the 300th wicket in recognized T20 cricket. On such a milestone day, however, Mustafiz could not shine with the ball.
Delhi Capitals got a challenging collection against Chennai on Mustafiz’s off day. After winning the toss and batting first, they scored 191 runs after losing 5 wickets in the scheduled 20 overs. Mostafiz got 1 wicket in 4 overs but cost 47 runs.
Mustafiz became the second Bangladeshi to join the club of 300 wickets in T20. The cutter master completed 300 wickets in T20 as the 26th bowler in 240 innings in 242 matches. Shakib Al Hasan reached this milestone before Fizz. Shakib’s wickets are 482 in 421 innings. Dwayne Bravo tops with 625 wickets in 539 innings.
